1. Acceptance of Terms

AgentBox is a product owned and operated by MAYVK. By accessing or using AgentBox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and MAYVK. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentBox provides an AI-powered agent that runs on a dedicated cloud machine assigned to you. The agent can perform computer tasks on your behalf, including browsing websites, writing code, managing files, and automating workflows. You interact with it via a mobile app.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AgentBox
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AgentBox to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited messages
  • Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
  • Create fake accounts on third-party services
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated compute workloads
  • Attempt to access other users' machines or data
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Cloud Machine

  • Each user is assigned a dedicated cloud machine for running tasks
  • Your machine is for your personal use only
  • We may restart, update, or migrate your machine for maintenance purposes
  • If your account is terminated, your machine and all data on it will be deleted

6. AI Provider Requirements

AgentBox requires you to connect your own AI provider account (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI Codex). You are responsible for complying with the AI provider's terms of service and paying any associated costs. AgentBox is not responsible for the AI provider's availability, pricing, or output quality.

7. Third-Party Services

When AgentBox logs into websites or services on your behalf (using cookie sync or credentials you provide), you are responsible for complying with those services' terms of use. AgentBox acts as your agent and performs actions as instructed by you.

8. Payment and Billing

  • AgentBox is a subscription service billed monthly
  • Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice
  • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Intellectual Property

You own all content, code, and output that your AgentBox agent creates on your behalf. We claim no ownership over your tasks, results, or data. The AgentBox software, branding, and website remain our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

AgentBox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Actions the AI agent takes on your behalf (including errors or unintended outcomes)
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Third-party service issues (AI providers, websites, cloud infrastructure)

You are responsible for reviewing the agent's output and actions. Use screen recordings to verify completed tasks.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your cloud machine and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
