Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data from AgentBox at any time. When you request deletion, we will permanently remove all data associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your account information (name, email, password hash)
- Your dedicated cloud machine and all files on it
- All task history and results
- Screen recordings and media files
- Browser sessions, cookies, and saved logins
- Learned procedures and preferences
- Chat history and message logs
- Any uploaded files
- DNS records associated with your machine
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: From the App
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will immediately begin the deletion process.
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to info@support.mayvk.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address associated with your account.
Timeline
- Your cloud machine is destroyed immediately upon request
- Account data is removed from our database within 7 days
- Backups are purged within 30 days
- You will receive an email confirming deletion is complete
Third-Party Data
AgentBox cannot delete data that was created on third-party services during task execution (e.g., accounts created on other websites, emails sent, code deployed). You are responsible for managing data on external services.
Facebook Data
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove AgentBox's access to your Facebook data from your Facebook App Settings. Removing access there will not delete your AgentBox account — use one of the methods above for full deletion.
